All the goods are manufactured on the base of ТOR BY 500506289.001-2005 «Souvenir items».

«Makey» Studio guarantees the articles conformity with standard requirements and guarantees a product exchange if a customer is not satisfied with its quality.

If you have any questions concerning product quality it is advisable to contact the shop where it was purchased or the Manufacturer.

The guarantee obligations are fulfilled by the goods Manufacturer.

Return policy

A customer has the right to return the unsold merchandise within 2 calendar months of receipt to the Manufacturer.

Return (exchange) of products that do not meet customer’s quality requirements must be carried out within 10 days of the product receipt by the customer.
